In the beginning is the idea!
2010 the BMWI promoted ZIM Project "SUPA - der Konferenztisch" ("SUPA - the conference table") was started. Under the leadership of the Fraunhofer ENAS-ASE the project members set themselves the task to develop the conference table of tommorrow, this should be wireless. Power as well as data for all devices should be provided invisible - without connection.
Already 2011 the consortium could, together with its partner Fujitsu, introduce the "globally first complete wireless display". The great public attention gave our concept a further boost.
The SUPA wiresless got founded after the project completion. As first investors the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and the Revotech were joining. In a clear distinction to the SUPA-Project the Name has been changed to "witech".
Activ founders are Maik-Julian Büker, who takes responsibility for the development and Jörg Euskirchen, who takes responsibility for the commercial concerns.
