The software wicontrol - Receiver needs specific drivers to establish a USB-Connection between the program and the receiver.
The most recent drivers for Windows 32-Bit and 64-Bit can be downloaded here:
Installation note:
For Windows 32-Bit systems just execute the file "dpinst-x86.exe".
For Windows 64-Bit systems just execute the file "dpinst-amd64.exe".
